1. Data controller

2. Data and purpose

Your name, email, phone, city, area of interest, optional portfolio link and note, and PDF CV are collected electronically from you. Our authorized team reviews your education, experience and skills to assess and respond to your application. The web server may keep technical security records such as IP addresses and request times.

Your application is not marketing consent or consent to join a separate talent pool for future positions. Do not submit identity numbers, health or criminal-record information, or unnecessary data about other people.

3. Legal grounds

Assessment of your application with a view to an employment contract may rely on Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698 where directly related to establishing the contract. Application and system security may rely on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Necessary records for legal claims may rely on Article 5(2)(e).

4. Recipients and transfers

Your application and CV are emailed through Microsoft 365 to the authorized Ersay recruitment team. Information may be shared with competent authorities where legally required. The web application does not create a public CV link or save your CV to its disk or website database. Email inboxes, sent items and backups are subject to separate retention arrangements.

5. Retention and deletion

İş başvurunuz kapsamında ilettiğiniz kişisel bilgiler ve özgeçmişiniz, başvurunuzun değerlendirilmesi amacıyla başvuru tarihinden itibaren en fazla 1 ay saklanır. Bu sürenin sonunda başvuru bilgileriniz ve özgeçmişiniz silinir. Bilgileriniz gelecekteki pozisyonlar için aday havuzunda tutulmaz.

6. Your rights and requests

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may request information about processing, its purposes and recipients; correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; deletion or destruction where applicable; and notification of these actions to recipients. You may also object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests in writing to the address above or to info@ersaybilisim.com using the applicable data-subject request procedures. Requests are assessed using your registered email address and appropriate identity verification.
